VABEKO Ltd. performs the construction works with consideration to the ISO standards. The process starts with the preparation works. Based on the engineering documentation we order all materials and equipment, and we plan the resource needed to the work (personnel, equipment. The available human resources are changing time-by-time, but we employ 12 welders, 12 filterers, 5-6 machine operators (cranes, excavators, etc)
The people are organized in groups, and the groups are leaded by experienced foremen. The foremen are in touch with the technical managers, who supervise the construction works continuously. The technical managers co-ordinate the process, keep in touch with the engineers of different fields, handle the unexpected problems. Presently we have three foremen, and 5 registered responsible technical managers.
For our works we use diesel welders (16), five trucks with side-cranes, a 55 t LIEBHERR crane, a trailer, four excavators (3 crawler, one with rubber wheels) one front loader-excavator. To transport the personnel we have several vans, and five seater trucks.
For the piping works we have spark free cutters for all dimensions (2”-40”), hydraulic and manual tork wrenches, alignment clamps, grinders, cutters, magnetic drilling machines, and all necessary hand tools.
To the works sites we mobilize office-social and store containers. We use security container a guard if necessary.
We adjust the site working hours flexible, according to the requirement of our client.
For the supervision of the quality we use our own NDT laboratory. And third party inspectors, if needed. After finishing the construction works, we participate in the commissioning process, and we prepare the as-built documentation for our clients.
